Shannon M. Farley
I work with founders and executive leaders who need their business to grow faster than their team or budget can.
I turn scattered AI activity into a connected way of working.
Your teams are already using AI. Someone has built a GPT, a skill, an agent, or a new workflow. Some of it is useful. But the knowledge is scattered, teams are building independently, and leadership still cannot see enough business value.
Most organizations are trying to reach system-level value with individual-level AI activity.
I’m a
GTM AI Strategist
Systems Thinker
Hands-on Builder
Team Enabler
ROI-Obsessed Human
I have spent 20 years helping companies build brands, scale growth, and drive revenue. I started at a creative agency in the Bay Area, working with brands including Nike, Toyota, and Microsoft. Then I moved inside startups and high-growth companies, leading Marketing and GTM teams and learning how to turn a strong idea into something the whole business can actually use.
Today, I work with executive leaders and Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps teams to put AI to work inside the business. I can sit with leaders to set the priorities, then work alongside the team to build, test, connect, measure, and improve what comes next. I build with your team, so the capability stays inside the organization whether I stay involved or hand it over.

How I build it
An AI-powered revenue system isn’t another piece of software. It is a new way of operating the business. It connects what your company knows, how your teams work, the tools and data they already use, and the signals that tell them what to do next.
I help leaders decide what needs to be built first, connect the pieces, and put the system to work inside the organization.
Start with context
Your AI needs to understand the business it is supposed to help: your customers, market, products, positioning, proof, brand, goals, and how your teams work. Without shared context, AI creates faster versions of the inconsistency you already have.
Find where the value is
We look at the business goals, revenue motion, people, workflows, systems, AI activity, security, and measurement. Then we identify what is working, what is fragmented, and where a connected system could make the biggest difference.
Build and connect
We sequence the right skills, agents, workflows, integrations, and intelligence around the business. What gets built first depends on the goal, the team, the systems already in place, and how quickly you need to move.
Put it to work
We establish owners, train the team, measure what changes, and decide what to scale, redesign, or stop. The system listens for signals, understands what matters, helps people act, and learns from what happened.

Your teams are using AI.
Can you see what the business is getting from it?
For leadership
There is plenty of activity. The value is still hard to see.
You have tools, experiments, and enthusiastic people. What you do not have is a clear view of what should come first, how the pieces connect, or where AI can create the most business value.
For teams
The work is growing. The team and budget are not.
People need to move faster, take work further, and rely less on another hire, contractor, or specialist. AI can expand what the team can do, but only when it fits the real work.
For the organization
Everyone is building. Nothing is connected.
Individual tools need to become team workflows. Team workflows need to become org infrastructure. That’s when AI compounds.
Bring me the messy problem.
The first step is seeing whether we are a good fit.
Leave your name and email. I’ll reach out to hear what the business is trying to change, what your teams are already doing with AI, and where things feel stuck.
